Overview

These terms govern your use of the Keys Mini Trucks website and the purchase of vehicles and services from us. By using this site or buying a vehicle, you agree to these terms.

Vehicle listings

We work to keep listings accurate, including photos, mileage and specifications. Mileage on Japanese-market vehicles is shown as recorded on the odometer (kilometres converted to miles where noted). Descriptions are provided as-is and availability can change without notice; we recommend confirming details with us before purchase.

Model background and use-case text on listing pages is general information about that model, not a statement about the specific vehicle.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change until an order is confirmed. A flat shipping fee of $350 per vehicle applies to delivery within the continental USA; Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are quoted individually. Applicable sales tax, title and registration fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Monthly payment figures on listings are estimates for illustration only; actual terms are set by the lender on approval.

Reservations & orders

A deposit reserves a vehicle for 7 days and is refundable within that window. Once payment is confirmed we prepare the vehicle and documents and coordinate delivery through our transport partners. Orders cancelled after dispatch are subject to return-shipping costs.

Shipping & delivery

We arrange insured door-to-door delivery nationwide, typically within 1–3 days of dispatch in the central and southern states. Delivery timing is an estimate and may vary due to weather, carrier schedules and other factors outside our control. Someone over 18 must be present to inspect the vehicle and sign the delivery receipt; any transit damage must be noted on that receipt to be covered by carrier insurance.

Import, title & registration

All vehicles are imported under the federal 25-year exemption and supplied with the customs, EPA and DOT documents needed for titling. Street-legal eligibility and registration requirements vary by state and are ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to confirm with local authorities before purchase.

Condition & warranty

Vehicles are 25 years or older and are sold as-is unless a written warranty or service contract is provided. Every vehicle is inspected before dispatch and known faults are disclosed in the listing. Buyers are encouraged to request additional photos or video before purchase.

Financing

Financing is offered through third-party lenders, is subject to credit approval, and is governed by the lender’s own agreement. Keys Mini Trucks is not the lender and does not make credit decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keys Mini Trucks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of a vehicle. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the vehicle or service concerned.
