How it works

From our lot to your driveway

You never arrange a carrier, chase a title or decode customs forms. We coordinate pickup, transport and drop-off, and keep you posted at every step.

  1. 01

    Reserve your truck

Check availability online or by phone. A deposit takes the truck off the market while we prepare it.

  2. 02

    Inspection & paperwork

Final mechanical check, photos, and the title / customs documents prepared for your state.

  3. 03

    Carrier pickup

A vetted, insured transport partner collects the truck from our lot. You get the carrier’s details and an ETA.

  4. 04

    Door-to-door delivery

The truck arrives at your driveway, farm or job site — typically 1–3 days after dispatch in the continental USA.

Delivery times by region

Typical transit after the carrier collects your truck.

Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico 1–2 days
Southeast & Midwest 2–3 days
Mountain West, West Coast, Northeast 3–5 days
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico By quote (port-to-port options)

Times are estimates and can vary with weather and carrier schedules. Dispatch is usually 2–5 business days after payment clears.

What’s included in the $350

  • Fully insured enclosed or open transport (your choice at booking)
  • Loading, securing and unloading by the carrier
  • Title, bill of sale and import documents shipped with the truck or sent ahead
  • Delivery updates by text / email and a direct line to your coordinator
  • Walk-around inspection with the driver on arrival
  • Support for state titling and registration after delivery
Local pickup is free. Collect from our Texas Hill Country lot and we’ll have the truck washed, fuelled and paperwork-ready.

Import, title & registration

Legal to own, easy to register

Every vehicle we import is 25 years old or older, which exempts it from US EPA emissions and DOT safety standards under the federal 25-year rule. That is what makes a Japanese kei truck fully legal to import, title and insure in the United States.

We clear each truck through US Customs ourselves, file the EPA and DOT exemption forms, and ship you the complete document package with the vehicle. Your DMV gets a clean, translated export certificate, a customs entry summary and a bill of sale — everything it needs to issue a US title in your name.

Registration rules differ by state. Most states register kei trucks for regular road use; some cap them at 35 mph roads or off-road use. Tell us your state before you buy and we will confirm exactly how it will be registered.

Documents you receive

  • Japanese export certificate + certified English translation
  • US Customs entry summary (CBP Form 7501)
  • EPA Form 3520-1 (25-year exemption)
  • DOT Form HS-7 (Box 1 exemption)
  • Bill of sale & odometer statement
  • Title-support letter for your DMV
Import FAQ

Shipping FAQ

Common questions

Can’t find your answer? Call (555) 123-4567 or send us a message.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat $350 per vehicle to any address in the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are quoted individually because they involve a port leg.
How long does delivery take?
Most trucks are dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment and arrive 1–3 days after dispatch in the central and southern states, or up to 5 days for the West Coast and Northeast.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Someone over 18 needs to meet the carrier, walk around the truck and sign the delivery receipt. We text you the driver’s ETA the day before and again when they are an hour out.
Is my truck insured in transit?
Yes. Every carrier in our network holds cargo insurance that covers the full purchase price of your vehicle from pickup to signature.
Can I pick the truck up myself?
Absolutely — local pickup from our Texas Hill Country lot is free. Just let us know when you reserve and we will have it washed, fuelled and ready with the paperwork.
What paperwork arrives with the truck?
You receive the Japanese export certificate with certified translation, US Customs entry (CBP 7501), EPA 3520-1 and DOT HS-7 exemption forms, a bill of sale, and our title-support letter for your DMV.
Will the truck be street legal in my state?
All of our vehicles are 25 years or older, which makes them exempt from federal EPA/DOT rules. Most states title and register them for road use; a handful restrict kei trucks to off-road or limited use. Tell us your state and we will confirm before you buy.
